Knight Knox have a private investors group of only 100 invited and active clients, all of whom have bought property through the company and want to continue to invest and build portfolios. The mix of people is very broad and located all over the world with many business interests and experience. This small group is an invited group that share knowledge and ideas regularly and have access to new property investments via Knight Knox at the very earliest stages.

The group has a collective net worth of well over $1 billion and so are able to negotiate discounts and packaged deals that are very profitable. This also benefits all Knight Knox clients as it attracts the best developers and builders to the company generally and can result in real discounts and the best opportunities for all.

This group is made up of like-minded people who are serious about property investment and who share their knowledge and experience for the mutual interest of the group.
