At a geographical crossroads,
Greece combines elements of Europe, the Balkans,
Middle East and the Mediterranean. A unique blend
of beautiful landscapes, overwhelming history
and a people of great hospitality.
Greece is made up of a peninsular land mass and
group of islands (approx 1400!), with a much-indented
coastline so you are never far from the azure
blue seas of the Mediterranean.
The sun shines on average 300 days a year and
the lifestyle, in terms of food, social interaction
and the general environment, is healthy and enjoyable.
There are countless traditional villages untouched
by time and busier centres including the thriving
capital Athens of course. The cost of living here
is a fraction of that in the UK and property prices
likewise, where you can still buy a village house
on one of the islands for a surprisingly low price.
Whilst property values have risen in recent years
and demand is increasing, good value homes for
any purpose, whether retirement or holiday home,
are still available at reasonable cost.
If you are interested in a particular Island
not in our property listings, do let us know,
as it is likely that we will have a partner firm
there that can help you.
Whilst every care is taken to ensure
that all general information and descriptions of property is correct we
advise all clients to make their own checks and take legal advise when
purchasing property overseas. Information and price guides subject to
