Your property will appear on KnightKnox.com – where it can remain showcased until sold or until you decide not to offer it for sale, up to a maximum of twelve months. It will also appear in our marketing on other web portals and benefit from our general marketing materials and industry presence – All this exposure drives traffic to our website and in turn potentially to your property listing.
Your property will be listed with our contact details and we will then pass all enquiries on to you directly. We are not responsible or involved in the sales process and this will be your responsibility along with ensuring that you describe your property honestly and fairly so that potential buyers are not mislead.
The cost: For £199 per listing we will list your property for sale on our website. This will include help and advice regarding marketing and us uploading your particulars onto the site (from your description & details passed through to us).
You can include up to 12 photographs and floor plans, any supporting documents where appropriate and any size of relevant description.
If we should introduce a buyer who subsequently proceeds to completion you will not pay us any further sales fees whatsoever. (Neither are we responsible should you not sell the property as a result of marketing it with Knight Knox as we are acting purely as a marketing / advertising tool in this instance).
