Back in October 2014, Knight Knox International was delighted to receive the Investors in People Bronze Award. Now, the shortlist for the Investors in People International Awards 2015 has been announced, and Knight Knox International is even more excited to be in the running for the ‘Best Newcomer Award’ for companies with 0-49 employees.
The Investors in People International Awards are taking place on the 24th of June at the Tower of London. This glamourous event has a host of awards to present to different categories, however, there is a running theme for the evening- excellence. Investors in People already champions excellent work places, so the lucky few companies to get shortlisted clearly epitomise the values they look for.
Over 400 companies from around the world applied to be part of this year’s awards ceremony, meaning Knight Knox were honoured to make the shortlist. The company has been nominated for other property awards celebrating the business, so it’s great to see the employees who make it all happen recognised as well.
“We have already seen how the Investors in People standards have benefitted our company”
Lindsay Smith, head of HR at Knight Knox, commented that, “Knight Knox International are incredibly proud to be short listed for this award, we are thrilled that the company’s successes over the past ten years have been recognised and celebrated. Since being awarded with the Bronze award in October, we have already seen how the Investors in People standards have benefitted our company.”
Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said: “Once again we have been overwhelmed by the number and calibre of entries received for the Investors in People Awards. It’s fantastic to see so many organisations nominated for outperforming in their sector, demonstrating great people management practice and a commitment to staff development.”
