Knight Knox International will be exhibiting at Second Home International Exhibition in Utrecht Hall 1, Jaarbheurs, presenting UK buy-to-let and student investment opportunities to Dutch investors, who in the midst of a plunging housing market, are widening their investment scope.
The symptoms of an overheated housing market are rife throughout the Netherlands; property prices are now plunging around 10% a year, and although banks are trying to provide purchasing incentives, with readily available 100% mortgage offers and loans at five times annual salaries, many Dutch investors are opting to look further afield in search of a secure, more low-risk investment property.
At the show, we will be on stand 124, showcasing credible investments from two markets which we are considered experts. From the UK buy-to-let market, which is incidentally booming, we will be showcasing X1 The Quarter, a five-phase development adjacent to Liverpool’s waterfront, which has grabbed the attention of our investors! While, from the student investment market we will be showcasing All Saints, an existing halls of residence in the heart of Sunderland, which is being transformed into boutique student accommodation to meet the needs of today’s students ,who now desire boutique living spaces as a result of the hike in tuition fees.
We will also be providing a unique opportunity for investors, who are searching for their perfect second home, offering them the chance to pick through our worldwide portfolio, and consider properties which are located in some of the world’s most breath-taking cities and beachfronts.
