NET Yield

NET yield refers to the percentage an investment will earn after all expenses are paid. For a buy to let property, this will include stamp duty charges, legal fees, any mortgage repayments, service charges and ground rent. For many NET yield shows the true value of an investment. If you would like to calculate your NET yield, use our rental yield calculator.
