Off-Plan Investment

An investment is called an off-plan, when you invest into a development in advance of the actual structure of the property being built.


An active decision on behalf of an employee to leave the automatically-enrolled company pension scheme to which employers contribute.

Owner-Occupied Property

When the owner lives in their property, as opposed to an absentee owner, where the owner does not live on the premises (a landlord is an example of an absentee owner).
