Apartments have been set out and scaffolding has been erected in the striking interior of this historic Grade II listed building, which stands in the centre of Bolton town centre.
On the outside of the building, the roofing is currently being restored and scaffolding has been erected across the whole church.
Once complete, there will also be a four storey apartment block to the east of the church and a two storey apartment block called ‘The Lodge’ will be put up on the Crook Street side; between them, the two blocks will contain 40 apartments.
The project which is being carried out by Forshaw Land in partnership with Knight Knox International, although designed as a residential buy-to-let project, is also aimed at the student market due to its locality to four universities in the North West.
A limited number of units are still available at the site, so investors are advised to act quickly before it sells out. For more information click here
