One of the busiest shows that we attend in Kuala Lumpur, our team initially found that visitors were mainly interested in the traditional opportunities available in London with regard to UK investment. However, after discussing their options with our team, they were made aware of the lower priced investments in regions such as Manchester and Liverpool, which offer much higher rental returns.
These opportunities proved to cater to the interests of the visitors. There has been a growing trend of increasing rental returns in cities such as Manchester, Liverpool and Glasgow, where Knight Knox International holds both a strong presence and an impressive portfolio of buy-to-let and student investments.
These factors ensured that interest in our products soared, with our team taking a total of 90 enquiries and completing 2 sales at the event, in addition to a number of other serious enquiries from the show currently being followed up by the team.
Regular attendance of overseas exhibitions has become a top priority at Knight Knox International, in order to both meet clients outside of the UK and to promote our brand. This event proved to us that we were achieving this goal as a number of visitors enquired at our stand purely because they recognised the Knight Knox International brand, in addition to a reputation and credibility that is second to none.
