EVENT REVIEW: iProperty Malaysia

Alice MacDonald talking to potential clients

iProperty held their second annual ‘Home & Property Show’ in the City Mall in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia last week from the 27-29th of June.

Malls are always popular venues, attracting a range of potential investors, and as usual the Knight Knox International Exhibitions Team managed to wow the locals with their impressive array of UK and overseas properties.

As the country’s property market begins to slow after the recent property buying frenzy (source: Malaysia Chronicle) Malaysians are beginning to look abroad for inspiration for the next big market.

Located in one of the best shopping malls in the Malaysian city of Kota Kinabalu, and organised by iProperty- Malaysia’s No.1 Property Website, this expo was sure to be a success.

An almost record number of potential clients spoken to.

Indeed, the team noted an almost record number of potential clients spoken to. Whilst Friday and Saturday were more about making connections and networking, the team of two made some great sales on Sunday - the last day of the expo.

Knight Knox International has a reputation overseas for professionalism and expertise, coupled with the approachability and experience of its well-traveled exhibitions team. Who, despite this being their first time exhibiting at this particular iProperty Expo, managed to get a number of good investor clients for the UK head office to follow up.

Unsurprisingly, Knight Knox’s portfolio of intriguing investments really drew the clients in. Championing the X1 The Studios, the team made three sales promoting this stunning Liverpool building due to be completed in 2015. Additionally, an apartment in the ever popular Salford Quay’s development- X1 Phase 3 was sold at the event.
