Knight Knox was pleased to attend LPS Guangzhou at the Grand Hyatt Guangzhou between the 23rd and the 25th September 2016. LPS Guangzhou is South China’s leading invitation-only high profile luxury real estate exhibition, and 6000 of China’s wealthiest property investors were in attendance over the three days looking for their next investment.
Attendees were able to view the impressive Knight Knox portfolio, including a selection of upper-floor apartments in some of our most popular developments, such as Adelphi Wharf and X1 The Gateway. These units were only available to LPS Guangzhou attendees and generated a very favourable response from investors who were impressed by the high quality of the developments and the reliability of Knight Knox as a company.
Martin Cooney, Business Development Manager at Knight Knox, attended LPS Guangzhou and was enthused about the opportunity to speak directly to Chinese investors. He said, “Chinese investors are among our best clients. They are extremely knowledgeable and ask all the right questions which allows us to build a productive and trusting relationship and is fundamental to why they work with us.
“With the information we provide, they are able to make an informed decision on our investments. They understand our business model and concept and love the quality, price and location of our developments. Combine this with our track record and reputation of delivering projects on time and it is clear why Knight Knox is very popular in China.
“It was a successful event for both Knight Knox and the VIP investors at LPS Guangzhou. We are looking forward to returning to China in the near future.”
Knight Knox will be returning to the region between the 7th and the 9th of October when we will be hosting a specialist Investor Seminar at the Excelsior Hotel in Hong Kong’s picturesque Causeway Bay. We will be offering expert advice on the UK buy-to-let market and showcasing our outstanding portfolio of in-development and completed stock as well as launching an exclusive new development available only to Seminar attendees.
