The event provided the perfect platform for our Russian-speaking international exhibitions team, who found themselves inundated with enquiries as a result of being one of very few stands offering UK investment opportunities.
Drawing crowds of more than 7,000 people over the two-date event, our team found that initially, visitors were mainly interested in the traditional opportunities available in London when it came to UK investment, and only became aware of the fantastic returns and growth which can be gained from student and buy-to-let opportunities in UK regional locations, after discussing their options with the team.
These opportunities proved to cater to the interests of the delegates, due to the high rental returns available; a fact particularly true in the case of booming cities like Manchester and Liverpool, where Knight Knox International holds a strong presence, with over 26 serious enquiries being received from investors regarding our opportunities in both areas.
A number of investors have already planned visits to the UK in order to visit the properties, and our team is expecting to receive the majority of interested parties in January and February.
This show also proved to be a successful networking event, with our team establishing contacts with approximately ten Russian estate agents set to promote our products to potential Russian investors, and aid us in extending our ever-growing agents network into Russia
We have always advised that international property shows are a unique way of allowing potential and established investors to engage in face-to-face contact with the company, while also providing them with a platform to seek advice on the investment scenario and the tax requirements of the country they are interested in; this proved particularly true at this show with investors gaining key advice on the steps of the investment process.
Having recently announced this year that we have experienced a surge in Russian investment, this show certainly followed in the same vein and we hope to continue to bring products to market which cater to their interests.
