Although the show was small compared to the usual B2B Cityscape expos, the Knight Knox International stand was busy throughout all three days of the show. A steady flow of enquiries ensured the team made five sales over the course of the event and a further two the following day, with additional enquiries to be followed up subsequently.
The Knight Knox International exhibition stand focused on the UK student and buy-to-let market, showcasing our extensive property portfolio of investments of this type.
Our team found that initially, visitors were mainly interested in the traditional opportunities available in London when it came to UK investment. However, after discussing their options with our team they became aware of the fantastic returns and growth which can be gained from student and buy-to-let opportunities in UK regional locations, such as Manchester and Liverpool.
Knight Knox International strives to maintain regular attendance of overseas exhibitions to meet clients outside of the UK in order to uphold our reputation and credibility, as well as to promote our brand. This is proving successful as, despite this being our first time exhibiting at Next Move Live in Dubai; the Knight Knox International brand was well-known and recognised by visitors at the event.
Resounding successes such as Next Move Live, which was extremely encouraging in terms of both branding and the number of enquiries received, ensure that we aspire to continue our regular attendance of overseas exhibitions.
