Knight Knox International prides itself on offering luxurious accommodation, in sync with contemporary needs, but without an unaffordable price tag. Even competing for attention against approximately 175 exhibitors at the show, the company managed to find the balance between cost and quality, and made a number of sales.
The Property Investor & Homebuyer Show attracts everyone from those looking for a first time investment, to those with an already thriving portfolio. This year it is estimated that 6,500 visitors came and the whole exhibition hall was buzzing with atmosphere. With their stand at a prime position near the front of the exhibition, Knight Knox International managed to attract a lot of potential investors.
The unique design of the stand also drew a huge amount of attention. This October was Knight Knox’s first month of using this custom-built stand which drew much attention from both competitors and investors alike. From our prominent position at the front of the hall was even need for extra chairs and tables for all the meetings our property experts were making.

Footfall was high and the team were flat out dealing with enquiries about our buy-to-let investments. Following such a triumph the company has already booked to exhibit at next April’s and October shows and is looking forward to the opportunity to meet the general public again.
