Knight Knox International – a leading provider of buy-to-let developments to the private investor market – has broken through the 50th development milestone mark.

To date, the company has completed 28 of 50 new-build residential and high-end refurbishment projects, including X1 Media City – the largest residential development in the North West, with over 1,000 apartments and 22,700 square feet of commercial space.

Each of the 28 developments has been sold in full to UK and overseas investors prior to completion, maintaining Knight Knox’s 100 per cent sales ratio record. The half century milestone, which has a total development value in excess of £360million, was achieved following the launch of its latest luxury residential scheme, Adelphi Wharf.

The £75 million development will be completed over three phases and based on Adelphi Street, Salford, within walking distance of Manchester city centre. It will comprise 580 apartments and townhouses, with phase one due to be completed in August 2016.

Working in partnership with three highly experienced developers – X1 Developments, Fortis Developments and Forshaw Land & Property Group – Knight Knox experienced great success last year with both residential and student schemes based all over the UK.

In 2014, the company experienced its most successful year of trading since becoming a limited company in 2004, after launching a total of 13 developments at a value of almost £133 million.
