The conversion project, Avalon Court, will be centrally located on Kent Street, in an ideal location for both University of Nottingham, and Nottingham Trent University students.
The £6.5 million, 30,000 sq ft project will comprise 95 studio apartments, as well as a laundry, lounge area and reception foyer.
Luxury amenities will include a residential gym, cinema room, SKY TV and secure bike storage.
