Now celebrating its ten year anniversary, the company can look back at the past decade and map their success. From the rapid growth Knight Knox has experienced, currently 40 members of staff strong and growing, to its recent relocation to Quay West– one of the most notable buildings in MediaCityUK, it makes the company’s beginnings in Worsley seem like a life time ago.
Knight Knox International is a modern company who champion innovative ideas and dare to invest in up-and-coming areas, a fact that has not changed in ten years of operation. It has a strong portfolio of developments: over 45 projects launched and more four thousand sales, so it is no surprise the company has needed to find a larger office to fit its ever-increasing agents, sales and marketing teams. Knight Knox’s professional reputation is growing all around the world, and Quay West is the perfect new base of operations.
Throughout the last ten years, the company has continually championed the budding, opportunistic nature of regional cities
Throughout the last ten years, the company has continually championed the budding, opportunistic nature of regional cities, but most ardently the North West. A recent relocation has taken Knight Knox to MediaCityUK in Salford Quays, Europe’s first purpose-built business hub. This fresh, forward-thinking area is in sync with the business’s principles. The move to the striking Quay West also mirrors the company’s recent rebranding, which has included a new, sleek logo, and a redesigned website. With ten years of experience the business was ready for a fresh new style and look to reflect the times although the core values remain the same.
The decision to move to MediaCityUK reaffirms the business’s belief in the huge potential of the region. The company has more developments in the North West than in any other location, many of which can be found in Liverpool, Salford and Manchester. In addition to it being the location of their head office, Salford Quays is also home to Knight Knox’s immensely popular X1 Salford Quays scheme. Phases 1, 2 and 3 all sold out incredibly quickly, thanks to the huge demand for quality buy-to-let investment opportunities in the thriving North West.
Knight Knox International’s reputation as being one of the market leaders in buy-to-let investments is thanks to the high quality and affordable prices of all its developments. It has a range of completed projects from boutique student accommodation in Liverpool and Glasgow to contemporary buy-to-let properties in Leeds and Birmingham. Over the past decade there has been a rising demand from investors looking for buy-to-let stock, which Knight Knox has been striving to meet, and this is a trend which does not look set to slow.
“The fact that we are celebrating a decade of being in business is a fantastic achievement and we are delighted with our successes to date”
Samantha Jones, Knight Knox International’s Head of Marketing, comments, “The fact that we are celebrating a decade of being in business is a fantastic achievement and we are delighted with our successes to date. The evolution of the UK property market over the past couple of years has shown that buy-to-let opportunities continue to be a highly sought-after commodity, and our portfolio of both completed and future products is testament to the quality of the developments we have brought to market. Having witnessed the growth of the business first-hand, it is exciting to work in such a forward-thinking organisation that is so committed to investing in its staff.”
As current developments continue to make the press, such as the Grade II listed Queen’s Brewery in Manchester, and their most exciting launch to date – X1 Media City in Salford Quays, in conjunction with a steadily growing market and a constant stream of incoming projects, 2014 may have been the most exciting year in Knight Knox’s history so far, but 2015 is certain to eclipse it.
