X1 The Edge will be the fifth successful project that the two companies have launched in Liverpool over the past 18 months, including student developments X1 Borden Court and X1 Arndale House, and X1 The Quarter, a five-phase residential development in Liverpool’s Waterfront Quarter, the first three phases of which were launched in August this year.
Once complete, students will have exclusive access to a number of resident-only facilities, including a private courtyard, launderette and secure bicycle storage.
Apartments are now available to purchase through Knight Knox International at an exclusive pre-launch price of £54,950, and investors will be assured of a rental NET yield of 8% for 5 Years
