The Manchester-based firm has developed and sustained an exceptional reputation since becoming a Limited company in 2004, by persistently providing investors with market-leading products, which are delivered on-time and deliver higher-than-average yields.
The last two years have seen the company more than double in size, having built up a portfolio of residential buy-to-let developments and high-yielding boutique student accommodation projects throughout major cities in the UK, such as Manchester, Liverpool and Glasgow.
The costly nature of the Australian property market has encouraged many to look to the UK for investment opportunities.
2013 saw a surge of interest from Australian investors as a result of two main factors. Firstly, as mentioned above, the costly nature of Australian property has played a discouraging role. The 2013 Annual Demographia International Housing Affordability Survey found Australia to be the third most unaffordable major market, and the Australian Bureau of Statistics reported that house prices in eight major cities rose 2.6 per cent in the same year.
Additionally, the continuing depreciation of the Australian Dollar is causing many Australian nationals to invest their money back into UK Sterling. As the IMF reports that the Australian dollar has been dipping since 2013, with it peaking in April last year at 10 per cent, investment into UK property is beginning to gain popularity among portfolio builders and buy-to-let landlords, particularly through companies like Knight Knox International, who
offer hands-off investments that are fully managed and let by experienced management companies, here in the UK.
In contrast to this, the UK property market showed great signs of recovery in 2013. The UK buy-to-let market is predicted to enjoy another buoyant year, which is why it comes as no surprise that that there is a growing interest from overseas investors. Furthermore, the student accommodation sector continues to produce positive rental growth, with total returns in this sector outperforming all other traditional asset classes.
As such, Knight Knox International will be exhibiting at shows in Australia over the coming months, promoting a range of UK student and buy-to-let properties. These will include high-yielding student accommodation investments in popular university locations such as Glasgow, Newcastle and Liverpool, alongside residential apartments in major UK cities such as Liverpool and Manchester.
Knight Knox International will be at the Home Buyer & Property Investor Show in Brisbane at stand 420 on the 24-25th May, Sydney on the 18-20th July, and Melbourne on the 29-31st August and will be offering investment opportunities in the UK buy-to-let and student accommodation market.
