Knight Knox – a leading provider of buy-to-let developments to the private investor market – has built on its workforce and hit a growth milestone with the recruitment of its 50th employee at its Manchester headquarters.

Knight Knox reaches milestone 50 employees

The newest team members bring a wealth of experience across multiple disciplines – including sales, business development, property consultancy and graphic design – and have been appointed with Knight Knox’s ultimate vision in mind: to provide high-quality property and valuable investment opportunities, while boosting its portfolio of distinctive developments.

As a demonstration of its commitment to staff, the company has also recently been awarded Investors in People status.

Andy Phillips, commercial director at Knight Knox, said: “We’re extremely committed to investing in a talented team – one that consistently delivers high quality, successful developments that meet the growing demand of private investors within the off-plan property market. It’s an extremely exciting time to be joining Knight Knox and we’re confident the new appointments will help extend our footprint in the buy-to-let market.”

Following impressive growth – both in size and financially – over the last few years, Knight Knox now boasts a 50-strong team and has its sights set on further expansion in the future. In order to facilitate these ambitious growth plans, the company is planning its move to larger offices later in 2015.

Andy added: “2015 has been another year of significant success for the company, after hitting the 50th development milestone earlier this year – bringing the total development value in excess of £446 million. We’re really excited to be moving to larger premises and look forward to seeing the relocation aid the continued success of the business.”

In June 2015, the company experienced its strongest sales month since becoming a limited company in 2004, after closing deals on 275 apartments at a value of £34.7 million, bringing aggregate sales to over £137million.
