Silkhouse Court – developed by Fortis Developments, in conjunction with Signature Living – is a £25 million scheme comprising of spacious studios and large one- and two-bedroom apartments, all of which have been snapped up by investors.
Construction work at the 15-storey apartment tower, which boasts outstanding views of Liverpool city centre and the River Mersey, is expected to conclude in Q4 2017. Silkhouse Court – a converted building from the 1980s – is Knight Knox’s 24th development in partnership with Fortis.
