Adelphi Wharf, the £75 million development, will be completed over three phases and based on Adelphi Street on the bank of the River Irwell, within walking distance of Manchester city centre.
It will comprise 580 apartments and townhouses, with phase one due to be completed in Q1 2017.
Amenities for the 450,000 sq ft development are set to include secure bicycle storage, an on-site gymnasium, concierge reception area and landscaped gardens. Secure underground parking will also be available.

The development will be let and block managed in its entirety by Fortis Lettings and Management, while Fortis Developments will act as developer for the multi-million pound scheme.
