The Property Investor Show and OPP Live is one of the most prestigious events on the UK calendar, attracting property firms from around the world, seeking to exhibit, network and speak on a range of industry-wide subjects to both their peers and potential investors on a globally recognised platform.
North West property investment firm Knight Knox International has exhibited at the event for many years now and, having successfully participated in the March event earlier in the year, is delighted to have been invited to sit on two seminar panels, as experts on both student accommodation and investments properties for some of the largest markets in the world.
The show is spread over three days (the 11th to 13th of October 2012) and is split into two distinct sections; the Property Investor Show allows firms to showcase their products and services to interested consumers, whereas OPP Live is designed to allow companies to operate within a purely business environment, networking with people in the industry in order to expand and promote their organisation.
Knight Knox International has three large stands, two in the Property Investor Show (215 & 138) and one in the OPP Live section (315), showcasing a wide range of investment products from around the world, including residential buy-to-let and student accommodation in the UK, tenanted condos and prime coastal land in the USA and beautiful beach-front apartments in Thailand and Egypt.
Speaking at the event on behalf of the company are Andrew Brassey, newly appointed Agents Network Team Manager and Alasdair Macdonald, Senior Exhibitions and Marketing Director on Friday at 1pm and 3pm respectively.
Alasdair will be speaking about the ‘The World’s Biggest Market: Retirement’ on the main stage, describing the options available to investors upon their retirement, including condos in the Thailand and investment options in the UK residential buy-to-let and student accommodation markets.
Visitors can hear Andrew speak about why student accommodation is one of the best models in the UK at the moment, in contrast to other schemes including hotel and care home investments. “I’m delighted to be asked to speak at the event” comments Andrew. “This is one of the key shows on the property circuit and I’m looking forward to a healthy debate with fellow industry specialists”. Tickets for the seminars can be booked online, but spaces fill-up fast so book your ticket today.
Entry to the event is free via an online e-ticket and investors are invited to join Knight Knox International to discuss the wide range of investment opportunities they have available around the globe. To set up a one-to-one meeting, complete the online meeting request form or alternatively, come along to the event and visit stands 125 or 138 for investment properties or stand 315 to discuss potential business partnerships with the firm.
