Knight Knox has been shortlisted in the Employer of the Year Silver category in the Investors in People Awards 2018 for companies which have between 50-249 employees.
The annual Investors in People awards acknowledge employers who support, nurture and manage their teams to the Investors in People standard. This involves creating high-performance cultures with smart objectives, making work a more rewarding experience for everyone and helping to unlock people’s true potential.
Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “It’s about creating thriving workplaces, where a combination of leadership excellence and the opportunity to fulfil your potential, delivers the best possible outcomes for everyone.”
“The organisations clearly outperforming others are the ones with smarter goals. They understand that investing in people is vital to their success.”
Rachael Baines, office manager at Knight Knox, said: “We are thrilled to have been shortlisted for the Employer of the Year Silver award in the 50-249 employees category.”
“The Knight Knox culture is built around supporting and investing in our people. We work hard to promote a supportive, high-energy, objective-driven working environment for the benefit of everyone. It is fantastic to be recognised for this and it’s a true reflection of what it’s like to work here.”
The 2018 Investors in People Awards will culminate with the celebratory awards night on the 28th of November at London’s Roundhouse.
